  1. TRADING TERMS
  • Strictly 30 days from statement date
  • Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard and Direct Debit
    • Payments by Visa or Mastercard will incur a 1.5% credit card surcharge
  • All prices exclude GST
  • All prices are quoted per piece of lens
  • All prices are subjected to change without notification
  • Products purchased are solely for the registered practice and is not permitted for re-supply
  • RX order submission input via the online portal is the responsibility of the practice. If an order is submitted in error the practice will be solely responsible for the remake cost.

 

  1. CANCELLATION:
  • If the order is in progress you will be charged 50% of the order purchase price.

 

  1. PROGRESSIVE LENS WARRANTY
  • Warranty claims are accepted on the following conditions:
  1. Non – adaption
    1. This can be replaced by a pair of Bifocal or Single Vision lenses
  2. RX alteration (PD and Height Adjustments)
  3. Limited to one warranty claim by RX
  • Warranty exchange is valid up to 90 days from date of invoice

 

  1. COATING & TREATMENTS
  • All 21Ray, Blue Cut & Vivo coat carry a full 24-month warranty. This will cover crazing, cracks and peeling.
  • Warranty excludes improper use and treatment of lenses

 

  1. Credits
  • All credits must be returned within (7) days. This must include a copy of the original invoice and reason for credit/return.
  • Stock lenses returned for credit must be in a resalable condition and original packaging

 

  1. FITTING
    • Every precaution is taken to avoid damages, frames supplied by patient (new or used) are fitted at their own risk.
